About Le Vatout

Cozy, low-key and completely relaxed, Le Vatout Bed and Breakfast is a home that we’re blessed to share with our guests, our friends. A traditional New England farmhouse from the 1830′s anchored into the craggy shoreline of Midcoast Maine, it’s a Bed and Breakfast, but also our personal artists’ retreat – a place where we can focus on all that matters to us, now that we’ve reached middle age: art, photography and writing, organic gardens and good food, the tranquility of solitude, the joy of hospitality and that elusive concept, the meaning of our life.
